What-Sold gets a minor face-lift (09/02/2025): For better login security, the site was updated with small design changes. Buttons replaced text links. No new features added yet.
What-Sold.com and Mall-Info.com provide access for Dealers selling in Vendor Malls and Consignment Stores using the AMAS Point-of-Sales system. What-Sold is primary; Mall-Info mirrors data with a short delay.
Stores must use AMAS software and subscribe to What-Sold.com. Dealers need a Store Number, Dealer Number, and Password.
A 3 or 4-digit number from your AMAS License screen. Numeric only.
1 to 6 alphanumeric characters (case-sensitive). Uppercase recommended.
Set by you but configured by your store manager. Must be 1 to 10 characters, case-sensitive. Sales will not be accessible until after the next upload cycle.
Stores upload sales daily. Updates usually appear within an hour after closing.
Delays happen. Check back later or contact your store manager — AMAS and What-Sold cannot reset passwords or troubleshoot uploads.
